Client Agreement - Annie Beth Photography

The client listed below, hereafter referred to as “Client,” enters into the following agreement with Annie Beth Photography, hereafter referred to as “Photographer.” This contract constitutes the entire agreement between both parties and will apply to all future transactions.

Fees

The fee is $475. This fee covers the session itself, which takes anywhere from one to three hours depending on the type of session, with artistically retouched images of the Photographer's choice presented to you in a private online gallery. All images are available to download through the online gallery. If you agree to the Model Release (below), a few images will be uploaded as a sneak peek on the Annie Beth Photography Facebook page. All final images will be available approximately 2-3 weeks after your session and will be presented to you in a private online slideshow that you are encouraged to share with friends and family. The gallery is live for two weeks during which time you will need to download the images and back them up accordingly. The Photographer is not responsible for any images not saved by the Client.

Copyrights

All images taken at your session will be copyrighted by Annie Beth Photography LLC and are protected by Federal Copyright Law. It is therefore unlawful to reproduce her work in any manner without the express written consent of the Photographer. Please respect the Photographer’s livelihood and the care and attention paid to each of your images by adhering to copyright laws. Moreover, as an artist, the Photographer wishes to have control over the final look of her client’s images. No edits, filters, or changes of any kind are to be made to any prints or digital files created from the session. Scanned or reproduced images are both illegal and a degradation of the original image quality. Reproduction includes but is not limited to scanning, emailing, posting on websites or blogs without credit given, photocopying, obtaining screen shots, or printing other than from a purchased digital image.

Rescheduling

Please notify the Photographer at least 48 hours before your session if you must reschedule. If the weather isn’t agreeable on the day of the session for an outdoor shoot, we will reschedule to another date. If there is a chance of rain in the forecast, Annie will notify you a day or two before the session.

Model Release

The Photographer would love to include her favorite images from your session in her portfolio and/or share on Facebook and/or Instagram. By agreeing to this model release, you grant Annie Beth Photography permission to use images from this session in her portfolio, website, marketing materials, ads, and displays as well as for editorial work, trade, or any other purpose or medium, and understand that I am entitled to no compensation.

Liability

The Photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. Client(s) will be responsible for their children and for themselves and release photographer from any claims against their person or their business.
